Wedge wire can be supplied as flat mesh only containing only profile wire and support rods only. (See Technical/specification Page for available options)
Wedge wire meshes are supplied in flat or curved sheet form and are bespoke manufactured to suit your individual requirements. These can be manufactured from a wide range of profile wires, support rods and material qualities which are readily available within our stock.
As there are so many wire and slot combinations. All items are bespoke manufactured to suit each individual client's requirements. Optima will work with you to offer the most cost effective solution using our multiple tools available. This allows us to be flexible in regards to slot - profile wire combination and sheet sizes.
Profiles are available in 304L, 316L stainless steel materials as standard. With other materials such as 430 stainless steel, duplex and other materials available in a small range of profiles.
