Screw Press Separator
Wedge wire filters / products are being used across the agricultural sector for many applications. One of which is the use of Screw press separators in the dewatering of livestock slurry (manure) for both dairy and beef farmers. The manure is pressed to separate the liquid solids from which the liquid can be used for irrigation purposes with the solids used for compost/fertilizer.
Alternatively, solids are also now being used for green bedding where the dried solids are used for bedding materials in dairy farms.
