Optima can fabricate to client’s design drawings or where needed using our own in-house technical department to produce drawings from clients written/verbal specifications.
We can utilise our coded welders when required and can produce fabrications in various materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Hardox, aluminium.
We have previously supplied to the food industry, mining, brewing, malting, abattoirs, waste, recycling plants and other manufacturing companies to complement their process / production.
We have press, rolling, shear and cutting facilities to enable the manufacture of screw conveyors, cone development, ducting, chutes, tanks, structures etc with the ability to handle both turnkey projects and individual items, yet achieving a swift completion with quality workmanship, at a low competitive cost.
